Most returns are due to shipping or courier mishandling in certain countries, rather than issues with the products themselves. 1. Replacement Policy – Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage

We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on all products for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

Conditions of the Replacement Policy:

Defective or Damaged Products: If the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transit, we will replace it within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty Period: All products come with a 1-year free warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How to Apply for a Replacement:

Notify Us Within 7 Days: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if there is any manufacturing defect or damage due to shipping.
Free Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return address in Hong Kong for the return process.
Replacement Process: After receiving and inspecting the defective watch, we will ship a brand new replacement at no additional cost.
Maximum Replacement Time: We will process the replacement request within 30 days of delivery, depending on stock availability.
Alternative Product: If the exact product is out of stock, we will offer a similar alternative product of equal value.
Exclusion: The replacement policy does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear or customer negligence.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Original Packaging: Please return the item in the original packaging as we sent it to you.

Beyond the 1-Year Free Warranty: After the 1-year free warranty period, we offer affordable paid warranty or movement servicing. The cost will vary depending on the issue and the service required.
Service Coverage: This includes movement servicing, part replacements, and other technical repairs.
